I went in today to purchase a pre-owned vehicle and from beginning to end the service was exceptional. I was browsing cars online and was able to find the perfect fit around 6:30am. By the time Lynwood of Honda opened I already got a call from Minh reaching out and giving me his info in case I need anything. He was very knowledgeable, courteous and very professional during the purchasing of the vehicle. He was informative and concise with the information I asked of him. I also had Hunter from the BDC office personally go outside in The bitter cold and snow this morning and take a video and sent it to me with more info on the car I was interested in. It was super helpful to see it the day of. To finalize everything I spoke and worked with Mary who went above and beyond and did amazing magic with my budget. She was able to get me a great deal on warranty coverage and the entire time she made sure I understood all fees and charges on every piece of paperwork signed. The amount of care and time the team took was a sure YES to Lynwood Honda! Amazing team! Ah-mazing.
