New customer with an 11 year old Honda Accord Hybrid

Just came in for an oil change and tire rotation was met by Brandon a service manager. very likable very friendly and helped answer all my questions. Also chatted with him about a car I was considering buying and he gave me his informed opinion and I appreciated it.
