Rattle noise

onService for a recall item took days, much longer than originally estimated. Assigned service advisor was off work after being in service a couple days and another service advisor was supposed to call with an update....when I didn't hear an update that following day, I had to call/email, etc. to try to get in touch about when the vehicle would be ready to pick up. Vehicle has had a rattle noise ever since we got the car back and now I'm having to take it back in to have the rattle looked at.
