Overall Satisfied with BMW Service, Despite Some Delays

The primary reason for my visit was to rotate my tires and receive an updated software for my ix-50. Unfortunately, my service experience was not without its hiccups. The most significant issue was a delay in the service completion, which extended the process by an additional two days due to a wait on parts. Despite this delay, I made an effort to push for updates and communication from the service team. I appreciate that they were responsive to my inquiries, even though I had to initiate the conversation to get the information I needed. I also had to request multiple times to update by outdated software. The updated software has significantly improved my vehicle's performance and user experience, making the wait somewhat more bearable. I would still recommend BMW service for their professionalism and the quality of work, but it might be wise to prepare for potential delays and be proactive in your communication with the service team.
