Daniel Russell is a fantastic service consultant. This is our second car with Checkered Flag Mini and he is by far the best service person we have ever had at your dealership. He is an excellent communicator, very professional and knowledgable and makes you feel like you are in the best possible hands. Good service is rare and Daniel is a step above. I hope he stays with you for a good, long time. He brings your dealership to a five star level of customer service.
