I was always warmly greeted and welcomed, no matter how many times I showed up. Christina was excellent in keeping in touch with me and answering my questions, and was very patient during the 4-month process during which I was deciding on a vehicle. I never felt pressured or coerced, which is very important to me when shopping for a vehicle.
