I was very impressed with the excellent video/audio inspection report and level of detail provided followed with a written report. I have never received such an excellent auto inspection report like this and am totally spoiled. This video report showed me my vehicles problem areas, confirmed the necessity and level of urgency for each recommended repair. Thank you so much for this First Class inspection report. I also want to thank the professional technicians who conducted this excellent inspection report and Daniel in the Mini-C Service Department for answering and clarifying my concerns and questions. Outstanding!
