Unexpected Service

on5 Stars for Aaron the service agent who stepped up to help. The call center had made a service appointment for us with a person that was out for the day and told us that there was a shuttle that could get me back home after drop ping off car. Turns out no shuttle. Thankful to Aaron for getting car taken care of and arranging ride. 1 star for call center and also the communications setup at dealer which makes it just about impossible to get person on phone. Never had this experience with any other dealer or service repair shop.
