Dealership Service Review
Having used the Honda service department at Auto Nation in Dulles since before it became Auto Nation, and before it moved from Leesburg to its current location, I have had many varied experiences with a variety of consultants. For more than 6 years (the amount of time I've had my current vehicle and the one before it), I have tried to stick consistently with Fawad Hassan. He has NEVER disappointed me in either his demeanor, knowledge, attention to detail, and wisdom regarding which maintenance items were imperative and which were not immediately essential, so as not to throw my budget into a tailspin. Fawad has a great personality and sense of humor, which can make all the difference when a visit takes longer and is more involved. A comprehensive "check-up" inspection of essential components and systems is ALWAYS done. He knows the technical side of automotive care inside and out, and is always forthcoming with recommendations to ensure my car's best performance and my most pleasant experience. He's always accommodating when possible, going out of his way to smooth my path when I'm having one of "those" days where my own schedule goes off the rails. There are many times when my car is finished and ready to go, cleaned inside and out, ahead of time. We all know that using a dealership for all car care needs is costly compared to small-business garages, mechanics, and DIY, but Fawad always manages to find the most advantageous current discounts for me when I either don't have them or have forgotten to bring them. I can't speak to all of the service consultants because I haven't worked with all of them, but Mr. FAWAD HASSAN is my guy whenever my ride needs a pit stop, and AN HONDA DULLES will be the place as long as he works there.
