Dealership Service Review
I will never step foot in Dulles, Honda again. I took my car in for a simple recall. They came back with issues that were exorbitant pricing. Then when I picked up my car, my windshield was cracked from top- bottom, noone even informed me. First I was told, it already had a little pebble mark, so we aren't responsible, then I was told maybe the heavy pads from car wash did it, then I was told maybe it was already cracked like that! I asked for compensation and at this time have not heard back. The manager, Tim, made me feel like I was beneath him, a crazy woman that doesn't know anything, and belittled me. I was supposed to have a call this morning still nothing. I even just asked for 1/2 to help me pay. I have owned Hondas since my 20s, and I am not happy right now. Customer Service at Honda leaves a lot to be desired and I believe that Tim should be demoted! The worse thing is they didnt even tell me it was broke!
