onService was terrible. No one in the service department answers their phone to let you know how your car is doing or when it would be ready. No updates on your vehicle. They had my car for 1 week and did not touch it until i called and got a hold of someone after the 100 phone calls. Car was done for 3 days sitting there and no one called or said anything about my car being done. I finally got a hold of someone and they told me my car was ready to be picked up. Bad experience.
