onThe heat on our Pilot was not working as expected so we took it to our dealership. We were told that we need to "drive around with the heat on high" after leaving it for a day with the technician. After a week it was still blowing cold air for an extended period of time. Good thing we took it back and had them look at it again because we were informed this time around that the heater core needed to be replaced for a cost of $2,400+ (not covered by the certified pre-owned warranty). Now we are concerned about what might be next—unfortunate as we had much better luck with servicing our CR-V. This rating is based on our initial visit for this problem.
