onOverall, I'd give the dealership an average rating. The car salesman was very helpful, knowledgeable and in no way contributed to the experience, but I was rather disappointed with the experience. We were at the dealership for almost 7 hours on Saturday (only 2 of 5 finance workers showed up). Their system proceeded to crash at the end of the evening and we had to come back the following day to finish paperwork. There didn't seem to be much cause for concern regarding time spent. In the 3 hour wait to see a finance person we were never once approached to apologize for the wait by management - it was only our salesman who kept checking and apologizing.
