Be careful about the "first come first serve"

called in the morning and confirmed availability of the car and the out the door price, clearly mentioned we are really far away and need to 100% agree on the out door price They agreed and we sent our estimate time of arrival to them, after we arrived we requested a break down of the final price and told them we will be getting a cashier check from nearby bank, they all agreed and shown us the final price and the name we need “payable to” 30mins later, we brought the cashier check back to them they said “another customer” is looking at the car “7 mins” before we brought the check back, and according to their “first come first serve” policy, we have to wait AND as “sorry” they “offer” us the “chance” to buy higher trim level car with “discount”, what a classic “first come first serve”!!! No one told us the “first come first serve”“policy” when we said we are far away, when we arrived there and asking info to get a cashier check, or when the “another customer” started looking at the car “7 mins” before we brought the check back, ONLY after we finished getting the check only payable to them and only we went back to their location (only after our sink cost is too high and we kind of have no other choice, we already spent so much time dealing with them/ traveling to their location and after cancel a cashier check it takes three days to get that money available again) I think Honda making reliable cars(closer to Toyota), but after my experience with this auto nation Honda, i highly doubt how Honda regulate/train their dealers, i feel they do not care/treat customers with respect/dignity (even with customer buying cars, i can not imagine how bad they treat customers already bought the car) Overall, highly NOT recommended, unless you do not care about whatever “chance”/money they “offer”/charge you and you just want a Honda so bad
