Not good at online sales

onI was trying to buy a 2023 CR-V Hybrid that I saw on the dealer website. However, I lived in another state and had to conduct the negotiations by phone and email. The sales manager worked with was very difficult to contact. He would not answer or return phone calls, only email. Agreed to a price on a vehicle. When I wanted to put down the deposit and fly in two days later to take delivery. He had to “ clear it with the GM, as we are a first come, first served dealership and don’t do deposits or holds”. The next day, he verified my address and the price increased $1200.
