Annoyed- i never write reviews so that's how upset I am. I saw a used Van that this dealership had posted and was interested. On a Tuesday night I contacted them to confirm it was available I received a prompt response. The next day I called them to confirm again that the Van was still available and ready for purchase I spoke with 3 different people and even did the Credit Application ahead of time since I was that interested. I live 45 mins away and when I get there with my husband I am told the Van isn't ready it is still in the shop getting serviced ("the paint was drying") but that if we decide to purchase it the Van will be ready tomorrow and we can pick it up tomorrow anytime, so we moved forward with the purchase. They give me a loaner car to use to come back the next day to get the Van. I call multiple times the next day and get told the Van still isn't ready and that finally it'll be ready at 7pm without being able to tell me what other service was being done to the Van. I told them I cannot come pick it up that late I have a one-year-old and that they need to drop the Van off to me the next day because I don’t have availability to make the trip the next day & because they have not been upfront with me. They agreed and asked if noon tomorrow was okay I said yes and to keep me updated. No one calls me the next day so I call multiple times to finally get told the Van won't be ready for another hour, but she will be on her way to me by 12:30pm. I said okay and keep me updated. It is 1:30pm on that day I am supposed to get the Van but STILL NOTHING. No one is answering me or giving me an update on when they are coming. I purchased this vehicle 2 days ago and have still never even still it in person. THIS IS RIDICULOUS. There is no sense of urgency or concern at all. I have purchased a Honda from a Honda dealership before and got amazing customer service. I am shocked. I am awaiting a phone call from the manager now. Who knows when i will ever get this Van.
