My svc advisor is fantastic, but others not so much

onMy routine svc advisor is fantastic. But recently I went in when my traction control system malfunctioned, leaving my car down. I took it to the dealership under warranty and the person I talked to (not my svc. advisor) said, "make an appointment"! Appointments were running 3 weeks out! M-B has an emergency service and towing number. If had called them, would it sit on the back lot for three weeks? It shouldn't be my problem they are short staffed, overbooked, or that warranty service is not COD. They owe it to their customers to get them back on the road in a timely manor; after all, it is M-B.
