Very professional, knowledgeable and courteous. Marcus was very chill and I enjoyed hanging out with him throughout this process. Love my Corolla! I appreciated Marcus understanding that I’m a bit computer illiterate and he patiently paired my phone with my car/Toyota app and explained things to me
