Marcus was very personable, knowledgeable, and accommodating. He was attentive as we searched and drove different cars, keeping us informed about the arrival of our new car and after the purchase to make sure we were doing well with the new car and the Toyota App. He was extremely helpful to make sure we were comfortable with all aspects of the new car. We found it hard to compare new cars due to the dealership having limited selection on site. For example there were no interiors available to see except black. We felt networking among dealerships would offer buyers greater variety of options.
