So many bad experiences over the past three years

I have bought six vehicles from KMT. My last one was a special order Tundra Pro that I waited a long time to receive. Finally the big day arrived and my salesman was on vacation so another person was supposed to complete the sale for me. When discussing pricing they surprised me with a $5000 markup that was never discussed. I said that they never told me about this fee and it’s not okay. Further my truck was listed online at that very moment at the agreed upon price (on KMTs website so I wasn’t comparing another dealership) without the absurd markup. They told me that they’d look into the issue and call me the next day. The next day I spoke with a sales manager who told me to prove that they didn’t advise me of this surprise markup. Further he tried to convince me to buy a lower package truck if I didn’t want to pay the fee even though I special ordered this one. I have images proving the pricing of their website without the fee and a recording of the call in which the sales manager put the onus on me to prove they didn’t advise me of the markup (although they had nothing in writing to prove it either). Today I went in for my second oil change (I don’t drive much) and they refused to provide it for free like they’ve done with every vehicle I’ve bought from them (usually provide a handful of complementary oil changes with a new vehicle purchase). Then the sales manager accused me of not following the recommended service plan even though I was following what their service people told me and followed the stickers they put in my window. I’m severely disappointed that a repeat customer is treated so poorly and walked on like they did with me. I’m sure they’ll come back with a retort and spin it to save face but the utter truth is that I believe in being honest and reflecting things truthfully and dealing with others in an honest fashion, and Karl Malone Toyota does not do this. Unfortunately for them, I’m in the market for a new vehicle and will be buying later this summer and I will not be giving them another cent. Ever. And I will discourage every one I know from doing business with them. Something has happened to their customer service. I used to love this place. Customers were once treated well, I guess not anymore…
