Nothing has changed

onI’ve had an issue almost every time Getting service on my 2021 tundra, but this is specifically directed to management. I had a great young man name Brandon helping me and I inquired a part that was order in April and to be installed this visit. He took me to the parts dept to explain the note on the account. This is where the problem starts. He’s doing a great job and from across the lobby Vrenda ( a manager) yells at him about being in the parts area. He tries to explain and she yells “just pass him on and get outside”. So much for customer service. Vrenda should never be in charge of anyone and definitely my final straw. I will never return to Toyota of Tyler.
