My time felt valued, my needs and wants were clearly understood, I was given a great price from the start, and no matter the challenge, they found a way to make sure I was treated with respect, kindness, and patience, while showing absolute professionalism. Most importantly, as a female going into a car dealership by myself, I never once got taken advantage of, but instead was made to feel special, important, and more like part of a team effort to make something so important to me happen within the best possible scenario for the long haul. My vehicle is beautiful and absolutely perfect for me!!!! and Austin knew what I wanted before I even knew what I wanted. He went above and beyond, and they ended up going way out of their way to get everything done in the short time I had and right at the end of the day.
