I am located outside the US, and I was able to make a great deal with Justin Mata by email on a new 2021 Tuscon SE. We ironed out all the details and the final price by email. My wife flew back to Texas, and the next day completed the deal. She took a test drive, and the price quoted me by email was exactly the price we paid.
