I purchased a new Santa Fe from last week from Ross Lambert at DeMontrond. Ross was so helpful and pleasant to deal with. He made it an enjoyable experience. Then he escorted me to Kathy to finalize the paperwork. She was also helpful and made the dreaded paperwork pleasant and fun. Thanks to you both.
