Volkswagen of Alamo Heights

I came in for an oil change and maintenance inspection. I was missed quoted. I was also told I had a certain amount of filters that were incorrect. I was also told what was going to be done that was incorrect when I told him what I had already done they didn’t listen to me. So my pollen filter “cabin filter” was changed again! When I finally called, they said my vehicle was ready because no one called me! When I got there, they told me what was done, and it was not what was quoted. Overall experience was not very well. I paid for another filter which already had be replaced last oil change. They mistakenly quotes me maintenance that was due at 80,000 miles.
