Lute Riley Honda

I used the internet to search for a great car deal w/ no less than 7 dallas-ft. worth area dealers. All were curteous and professional EXCEPT Lute Riley. I was shocked, since typically Plano and Richardson dealers know their customer base is savvy (it's an upper income, well-educated demographic). The miscommunication from internet to sales person, then sales MANAGER to sales person, was unprofessional. The manager called me up and apologized and over "great things" if I came in again. All I got was the ol' "waiting game" and paper pushing figures. I walked out. I felt badly for the sales person. I can only imagine that they stay in business because they have the top autos in the biz. Again, I was treated w/ peaceful respect at 6 other dealerships. This one was a real mess--management to blame, not the sales person.
