We found the van online, and it met all our requirements. -These were hard to find - The online and on the phone experience was really good. They got back to us quickly and answered questions. We ended up negotiating over the phone as we are from Maryland before heading to Texas or we would have no negotiating power. They let us know when the van would be ready and we got plane tickets to come check it out and drive it home. In person, nice to deal with, and the vehicle was what we had been looking for and a really good price for what it is, but… The clean and detail was pretty good though they didn’t have great attention to detail. We pointed stuff out and they cleaned it up before we left. Also, for the ‘we went over everything’ they hadn’t checked the entertainment system and the video movie screen wasn’t working. They took it to service who pointed out that the center, in roof, console was loose and had been pulled down at some point indicating someone had likely worked on the screen previously. They couldn’t get it working and we weren’t in a position to wait in Texas nor did we have a good negotiating position so we ended up taking the vehicle without any other consideration from them on price. Some consideration would have been appreciated. The answer we got was that the after market warranty that we purchased would cover it. Last point was when it was time to work with finance we had to wait a little over 2 hours for the guy to be available.
