I bought new car from this dealer. I have to say it's very stress during purchasing period. (But that I prepared.) After long negotiation, I agreed to buy and went to see financial staff. He made me pay extra for Honda Care, which I think it's nice to have. Then he conclusively told me my new monthly payment so I asked for exact Honda care cost because I might pay in cash. He said 2000 something for 6 year service policy. Here it is,Honda Care is nationwide service that we can buy anytime with any dealer or directly online. And you will find out that online offer is only 560 for the same policy!! This is not end yet. I went back and confront him. He said for first car buyer, the APR I get is quite low so he had to add his margin here.I said 1700 is not a little margin!!! and showed him the web. He asked if I could buy Honda Care from him with his dealer cost eventually, which is 870, your audience! I dnt wanna argue anymore so I said yes. He quickly re-ran all the financial document and showed me that the Honda Care cost was changed. He kept say good bye so I left uncomfortably. After I reviewed the financial document at home I found that he added my car price around 2-300....Fool me twice!!!! I wont recommend to anyone close, of course. Or I can tell the others to keep an eye on every document they give you.
