VERY SHADY PRACTICES at this dealership. I leased a Pilot about 6 weeks ago. They've still not paid off my trade and are withholding 5K. I've gotten nothing but excuses when they've actually returned my calls. At this point they aren't responding at all. I'll likely return the new car.

Mr. Kinsey,
We apologize for the delay in getting you your funds. We did explain upfront that we could not release payment until we received the title to your trade which had a lien on it. We paid your vehicle off in July and the title was sent to the state by your lienholder for processing and it did take the 4-6 weeks that we told you upfront. We then processed the title and the necessary documents for your funds which you picked up on September 5th. Feel free to reach out to me if you have further questions.
