I traded in my Honda Insight of 7 years in for a brand new Honda Civic Hatchback Hybrid. I was pleased with the time spent with me while making my decision. The salesperson was actually the Fleet Manager. He was asked to help me since all of the other sales force were busy helping other customers. The entire experience was handled perfectly. I love my new car and plan to be driving it for the next 7 years.
