Recently I bought a new oddesey and the experience was ok with this dealer to buy. But the nightmare started once I bought from here. I asked for the accessories like Cargo tray, window tint etc. alongwith vehicle. It took them 1 and half month and atleast 10 calls to fix that up. They asked me to give 5 rating if customer calls within 3-4 days of purchase so that their Bonus go up. I did so as I didn't have prob just to help. After that, they really didn't care of the accessories fix. Also, The finance manager- Matt - needed 10 voice message to talk for the payment. Its just the worst experience so far as the customer service is concerned !!
