No response from the dealer after sale was donw.

onI purchased a new Honda Odyssey and made arrangement for loan. After I took the car home and reviewed the document I found out that the loan rate was almost double than the sale manager promised me. I called back to the loan department several times and no one answered the phone. I left voice messages few times and no one returned my call. Also, the Android Auto is not working. I called the tech center and they couldn't help. They wanted to me to bring the new car to the service center. I needed to call back several times to get an appointment.
