Huffines Hyundai Plano

My husband and I went in to test drive a vehicle advertised on their website. The car was great, the saleman, not so much. The sad part is I knew more about it than he did. UGH! My hubby took it for a test drive while I was at work, the sales guy did not want him on the highway in it. I test drove it after work, same problem. I drive on the highway, and want to know what it feels like at 65 mi/hr. So I got past that and really started talking numbers with the internet salesman, Eric Stoval. I ASKED MULTIPLE TIMES FOR THE PAYMENT AND INTEREST RATE INFO AND HE REFUSED!!! He said well, " I don't handle that part. The finance guys do once the deal is complete". I explained there would be no "complete deal" until I knew what kind of money we were talking. They have a no haggle price promise but I gues that means we don't discuss it at all.... I WALKED AND WILL NOT BE BACK!! How the heck are you gonna tell me that you can't give me even a ballpark monthly payment without having the down payment in your hand. I may be a girl but I am not dumb! I even told the guy I grew up working in a family ford dealership, and he still acted as if he knew nothing... bad service! I was paying 75% down and only financing 3 grand...which was slated to be paid off in June... he just lost a sale!
