I took my truck for a recall service because The transmission was downshift into first gear, Ford's code 19S07. and they didnt the program on it but the transmission was doing the same thing and went back and told them the problem and told them that FORD can replace the output shaft speed sensor on time and they told me no, that I was lying that I need it to pay. so I call FORD and they told me to go to another dealership so I went to another one and they are workng on my truck and they are going to replace the sensor too.
