Battery replacement!

This is the first time I was very disappointed with my service. I was promised a $15.00 rebate with the purchase of my battery and a $35.00 rebate for using my card to purchase a new battery. I waited over two and a half hours for a simple battery purchase and received neither inner of the rebates. Very disappointed.
