If there were zero star rating, I would give spikes a zero on customer service. I had one of the worst experiences ever, not only were they 4 hrs late in picking me up because they kept forgetting to send the driver. I kept calling them every 30 minutes to remind them that someone should have picked me up few hours ago and still would not send someone. Eventually after closing time I finally get my truck only to realize that my very unique keychain was missing from the keys and didnt even bother to explain what happened to them, clearly someone from their staff stole it. After trying to contact them for a week. I'm yet to get a hold of someone and noone has bothered to call me back after leaving messages with multiple people who keep promising I will get a call back in 30 minutes. Not to mention all the trouble Im going through regarding the vehicle I traded in, which ended up in the pound few days after I traded in and I'm going through all the legal drama because they didnt even bother to do their job and change ownership of a car I havent owned in over 4 months. Overall totally disappointed by their lack of professionalism and total disregard for their customers.
