Spikes Ford

I've used Spikes many times for servicing my vehicles and state inspections. The staff is knowledgeable and pleasant. Unfortunately, they are a disaster organizationally. In my most recent service I needed a state inspection on a two year old vehicle with 9000 miles on the odometer. A state inspection is a simple task and the service writer said it would take 15 minutes, tops. It took an hour. 15 minutes to "find" an inspector, 40 minutes to get the car from the parking lot into the inspection bay and 5 minutes to inspect the car. The car was moved 3 times by different employees all without communicating with the inspector where they put it. Finally, a service writer "found" the car and took it to the inspector, waited while it was inspected, and drove it back to me. There's an hour I'll never get back! So much to quick service.
