The buying experience was pleasant and much better than i have experienced in the past. The Salesman was knowledgeable, courteous and very easy to deal with. He took all the time that was necessary to instruct me in the many features this vehicle has. The rebates were generous and the trade-in was fair.I was impressed with the Ford Edge and that was the vehicle I bought.
