Didnt get the discount as promised, no explanation at all.

onThey promise 1-1.5 hrs for oil change and tire rotation it took 1.5 hrs, my advisor was not present aand I need to look for someone coz my car was just sitting in the service bay for 10-15 mins, no explanation on what was done on my car and its condition, they said it was a 90 day review from purchase,usually honda dealers in my past hand me a paper with a car condition but theres none here.they just handed me my invoice, they told me to pay at cashier, it was supposed to be 49.99 for oil change because of service special at the internet but I still paid 90.90. Just wasn’t good for my first time service.
