dont ever buy a car from them and especially from sales manager "Richard." All hype about what they say on their motto about handshakes. They gave me an overnight test drive optima SX and it died that night and left me stranded in a parking lot in downtown Houston near the YMCA. After 2 hours I got a jump from Kia's people. The next day at the dealership he could care less that we were stranded, customer service is the only difference when you make a vehicle purchase.
