Parkway Family Kia

My father and I came here to purchase a 2014 Kia Soul we saw on the Parkway Family Kia website. Firstly, let me say that we were greeted quite warmly by two friendly staff members, and not "set upon" like you might be at other dealerships. Secondly, let me say that the price we saw was great compared to literally every other Kia dealership in the entirety of Houston (I would know, I spent a month checking them all). Darrel, the gentleman that assisted us, was has a fantastic sense of humor. He was charming, helpful, knowledgeable, and just an all around pleasure to work with. Lastly, I adore the car. I was apprised of all the features, and was offered assistance setting up bluetooth. The porter also did a fantastic job of making the car sparkle. I HIGHLY recommend purchasing from Parkway Family Kia. In the 13 years I have owned cars, I have never had better service. You'd better believe I'll be driving all the way back to them from Austin to buy from them again. A= staff, service, and selection.
