Not happy at first!

I want to make sure a big Kudos is sent to Kaci Flores and manager Brandy Votaw,, i called for several times to try and get my car in and looked at (2023 Seltoes) and Brandy made it happen stress free and had a loaner lined up for us. These ladies were super professional and customer service was exceptional. We always have great service when coming here but this time these ladies went above and beyond.... thank you both so much for your help.
