Customer Service for Recall issue

onReceived a recall notice that a replacement blower motor was available for my daughters Expedition. A few days later the motor started acting up. Called and made an appointment. Met with Mark in Service. He took care of everything that afternoon and said it would be ready within 24 to 48 hrs. The next afternoon I received a text notifying me that it was ready. Also received a video text from the service technician regarding the repair. Grabbed my daughter and ran by to pick it up. In and out real quick. Friendly, courteous, and fast. Thanks for your help. My daughter has 2 sons in car seats and its difficult to fit them into any smaller vehicle.
