Transmission fault indicater

onF150 was showing a”trans fault” alert on dash so I took it in to diagnostics run to see what was happening. Service rep called later and said the alert wasn’t caused by any transmission problem but said it was caused by insufficient oil in the vehicle. When last serviced by a local oil change company, he believes the truck wasn’t filled to capacity…short by about 4 qts the truck holds 7 qts. Anyway they put oil in the truck to get me home and sent me on my way with instruction to get an oil change. No charge. Not what I was expecting. A refreshing experience. Service rep Dustin Thomas explained everything and was exceptional in keeping me informed. A very patient guy. 5 star experience.
