onI brought my care in because there was an issue with the stop/start not working on my car for over three hours. Unfortunately, AutoNation couldn't find out what happened with my vehicle, however Robert Longoria explained up front what may happen as far as linking the vehicle up to a computer and looking for error messages and if they didn't find anything they would release the car. Mr. Robert was in close communication with me the entire process.
