Dealership Service Review
This service experience changed my opinion about this dealership, specially this department. i have bought two car from this dealership and this service experience forced to trade in the second one. I went to the service associate and the first discouraging thing is that he stated that they would need 15 days to check my car. that they couldn't give me another car until they finish the inspection. During the first week, i made quotes with Rental companies, i asked the same associate how'd be the process of renting a car on my own using the protection package budget, he said he didn't know about it and couldn't help. i asked a friend for a car and right about two days before the two week deadline for the inspection, i called the service associate and he didn't answer. i sent him an email asking about the inspection, he replied back stating that he will look into it, but didn't get back to me that day. The following day i sent him an email and he didn't get back to me. i called a supervisor manager in Service and after that i could get the disappointed diagnose. My service associate told me that they didn't have the part and that part was in back order for 7 months. What a battle to get my car inspected! Long story short, i ended up trading in my car with an upside down balance, depositing down payment for a service visit without a solution. i don't want to put dirt on this dealer, so far my experience has been awesome, i have bought two cars from there, and technically a third one. i don't know if it's standard policy to take 15 days to inspect a car and seven months to get it repaired and no help to the returning client or customer at all. I reserve the associate name, my intention is not to bring harm to anyone. This is my experience, if it helps for improvement so be it.
