This was the first time I have shopped for a car online. I dealt with John K. at Autonation Ford, who was very helpful and friendly on the phone. We easily came up with a deal that made me happy. I flew into Houston to pick up the car and he was waiting at the airpoirt when I arrived. Will buy again from him in the future.
