AutoNation Ford Katy
Dealership Sales Review
Initially I posted a 5 star review, the sales people were quick and although there were bumps I was generally satisfied. The financing manager Moe, mistook the VIN I was purchasing for another and I had to go through the paperwork twice. He then failed to collect a down payment on the vehicle which resulted in me needing to jump through the necessary hoops the next day to do so. Ford was holding a promotion to receive a free charger with the purchase of my truck at the time. No one at the dealership was even aware of this and it took me a month of phone calls before they sent me the necessary information get the charger from Ford. My license plates arrived after my paper plates expired and it took several calls to the dealership to get this resolved. The real reason for me posting this review is the federal tax credit. My tax return was denied because the IRS was never informed that my the VIN of the vehicle I purchased was sold as an EV. The sales manager, Eugene Bryant, won't even return my calls on this subject and I'm going to be forced to take legal action to get this remedied. Be careful with these people. Their inability and disinterest in helping after the point of sale is alarming.
