Very easy experience. Our sales rep - Carl Robbins was great to work with. He was very responsive and timely to our questions without being pushy. He went above and beyond to locate our vehicle at another dealership and hold it for us until we were able to sign paperwork. Our financial department representative, Alberto Wong was very knowledgeable and helpful in completing our sale smoothly and quickly.
