Dealership Sales Review
I was planning on writing this review after the contract was fulfilled. But they keep requesting a review as well as referrals , so here you go. We have had 4-5 interactions with this dealership. Only one of those interactions were positive. I guess I’m a slow learner. But in this market it is hard to find what you want. The latest interaction was three weeks ago. I purchased a preowned F150. There are two items needed to complete this transaction. 1. A second key. 2. Weather-tech floor mats (due to the fact that the floor mats were missing). I was told the second key could be picked up anytime. I went to pick it up on Friday, not only could they not cut and program the key&fob, my salesman didn’t even know if they had a key&fob on the property. He was supposed to check on it and let me know if I could pick it up today (Saturday). I never received a call. The floor mats we’re supposed to be here in 1-2 weeks. It has now been 3 weeks. I have to call to get an update since there no follow up from my salesman. Honestly at this point I would appreciate it if another dealership could complete these two remaining items. Thank you
