I was planning on writing this review after the contract was fulfilled. But they keep requesting a review as well as referrals , so here you go. We have had 4-5 interactions with this dealership. Only one of those interactions were positive. I guess I’m a slow learner. But in this market it is hard to find what you want. The latest interaction was three weeks ago. I purchased a preowned F150. There are two items needed to complete this transaction. 1. A second key. 2. Weather-tech floor mats (due to the fact that the floor mats were missing). I was told the second key could be picked up anytime. I went to pick it up on Friday, not only could they not cut and program the key&fob, my salesman didn’t even know if they had a key&fob on the property. He was supposed to check on it and let me know if I could pick it up today (Saturday). I never received a call. The floor mats we’re supposed to be here in 1-2 weeks. It has now been 3 weeks. I have to call to get an update since there no follow up from my salesman. Honestly at this point I would appreciate it if another dealership could complete these two remaining items. Thank you

6/10/22 Update Week 4. I kinda have the extra key, but still no mats. Monday I received an email from the salesman saying I could come pick up my extra key on Thursday between 10-12. I told him I would be there at 10am. So yesterday I arrived 5 minutes early and was told it would take 1-1.5 hours to get my key. 2.25 hours later he brings me my extra key. The fob was programmed but the key was not cut! They can’t cut it and I’ll have to come back again to get it cut….?? Wednesday I received a reply from my previous review. It requested that I call the dealership and talk to the General Manager. I called and left a message Wednesday, it has been 2 days later and I still haven’t received a call back. Yesterday when I was there I asked to see him and he wasn’t there. I left my business card with a message to call me. No contact yet. It appears this lack of customer service perpetuates from the top. The aftermarket rep did call me, he didn’t have an update but at least he is communicating.
